Requirements 2 years Customer Service Experience in a Contact Centre and/or High-End Retail Grade 12/Matric /National Senior Certificate with passed subjects Mathematics; Geography and Tourism at a level 4 aggregate and/or Diploma in Tourism Fluent in English both verbal and written. Proven customer service and sales skills. Good understanding of computer system and standard software. Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
