We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Agent / Customer Call Centre Agent to join our team in Sandton.
This role involves providing exceptional service and support to our UK-based clients.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.?Ideal Candidate :· Highly self-motivated individual with experience in a customer service call centre role.· Can learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.· Proficiency in Microsoft / Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient documentation and communication.· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.· Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.· Time management and organizational skills.· Is self managed and able to work independently and as a part of a team.· Flexibility to work various 24/7 shifts, including evenings to align with UK business hours.
Requirements:· 2+ years current and previous experience in a customer service role, involving outbound calls, call centre environment.· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with UK clients.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Organized and methodical.· Proficiency in [specific software or tools, if applicable, e.g., CRM systems].· Be willing to work in-office in Sandton, and on the UK calendar, UK hours and night shifts.· Be willing to commit to an interview in person and complete assessment and psychometric testing.If you're passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!
