Requirements Minimum 6 months+ experience in the Industry GDS Experience Mandatory Airline & Ticketing experience Mandatory Familiar with Galileo or similar system Fare rules including updates/voiding, etc Must have extensive knowledge of the industry and deal with multiple codes and fares Criminal Clearance SA Citizen Ability to work rotational shifts - Monday to Sunday (24/7) The role requires your reliability, flexibility, professionalism, great verbal & written English communication skills and a friendly "can do" attitude.
The successful candidates will be able to cope with multi-tasking in a fast paced, demanding environment, responding to emails, chats and telephonic enquiries during their shift. The successful candidate will be proactive, an independent thinker, people centric, possess the ability to do research, offer alternatives and solutions and be prepared to go the extra mile and delight the customer.
