Customer Service Advisor - Service And Workshop Repairs (City Deep, Johannesburg)

Minimum Educational Qualifications:- B Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in a service and operational environment. Required Skills and Experience:- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an engineering or technical workshop environment.- Experience in service centre planning and management.- Proficient in advanced Excel.- Experience with SAGE X3.
