What We're Looking For


We're transforming the way people buy and sell used cars, and our Customer Service Experience team is at the heart of it all. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to join us in providing exceptional service and support to our clients' customers.
Whether you're helping sellers navigate the car-selling process, assisting dealers with their purchases. Resolving payment, or driving engagement with our platform, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.




What To Expect


Your responsibility is to deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring that sellers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Your tasks include gathering and verifying the seller's vehicle information during calls & via email to create a personalised profile, this is to ensure that all details align, preparing their profile for one of our daily online sales.
Your valuable contributions in this position will have a substantial impact on the company's overall sales objectives and customer satisfaction scores.
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, between 8:45 am and 8pm (UK time), Monday - Sunday, on a rotational basis.
Please note. This position is based at our site in Boulevard Cape Town.
Your role can include, but isn't limited to:

Providing outstanding customer service: you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations.
Building relationships: You'll develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Managing processes: You'll handle a variety of tasks, from updating our CRM systems to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in everything you do.
Problem-solving: You'll proactively identify and resolve customer issues, using your initiative and resourcefulness to find the best solutions.
Embracing a grow mindset: You'll be eager to learn and develop your skills, taking advantage of the training and support we provide to become an expert in your field.





About You


Candidates with a minimum of 12-months call centre experience are preferred.
However, whilst experience is great, personality and passion for the customer is equally important to us.

Minimum of 12 months call centre experience in Customer Service with a soft sales skills set preferable in a UK/US environment.
Passion for customer service: A genuine desire to help others and provide a positive experience.
Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail: A meticulous approach to your work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Problem solving skills: The ability to think on your feet and find solutions to challenges.
Positive and proactive attitude: A can-do spirit and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Team player: A collaborative approach and a willingness to support your colleagues.
