We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and analyze customized shopper marketing plans across various brands. You will focus on wholesale, pharmacy, grocery, and forecourts customers to achieve the company's business goals and ensure that sell-in and sell-out targets are met throughout the year.Key Responsibilities:In-store Brand Activations -  Lead the coordination of in-store brand activations in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams, including managing all administrative tasks, planning, and reviews.Sampling Campaigns - Manage sampling plans across all brands, overseeing the sampling budget and conducting post-campaign analysis (CPC, ROI).Joint Business Planning - Develop Joint Business Plans with major customers for key seasons such as Christmas and Easter.Supplier Management - Oversee ongoing interactions with storage and transportation suppliers, ensuring top service levels and cost-effectiveness, challenging quotes, and seeking high ROI for the company.Budget Management - Handle large marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets and cost-effective spending.Supplier Alternatives - Source and evaluate alternative suppliers to ensure the highest standards at competitive costs.Skills and Competencies- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.- Proactive, able to independently manage projects and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.- Passionate about marketing, with up-to-date knowledge of innovative marketing techniques.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.- Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.Requirements- A BComm Degree or relevant tertiary qualification.- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within an FMCG environment.If you are passionate about marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in driving shopper marketing success, we would love to hear from you!
