Customer Insights Analyst (Automotive Industry, Crm)

Triton AI Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst specialized in the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in managing CRM functions and ensuring dealer and service center compliance. Suitable candidates will join a dedicated team aiming to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Conduct regular checks on dealer showrooms and service centers for compliance.Manage and lead franchise brand ownership benefits programs and CRM activities.Engage current and potential customers through CRM functions and processes.Oversee the CFM system to ensure timely monitoring and resolution of live cases.Acknowledge and address customer complaints/feedback within 24 hours.Work with stakeholders to resolve concerns from low-scoring survey customers.Manage the customer database for loyalty programs.Provide marketing support including administration, customer service, and events.This role comes with the following benefits: Variable bonusThis role requires you to have: Experience in CRM (mandatory)Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environmentIT administration skills such as SalesforceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS PowerPointYou would benefit from having: Location: Queenstown.
