Customer Experience Head Namibia Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy. Set, monitor, and track key CX metrics, and provide training to ensure high standards. Advocate for the customer in all product and service decisions. Foster teamwork and ensure accountability for achieving CX goals. Stay informed about industry trends and manage overall CX performance. What My Client Is Looking For: A Degree in any field is essential. 5-7 years of experience in CRM and customer journey mapping. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a data-driven approach. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and influence at all levels.
