Customer Experience Analytics Lead

Large Financial Services organisation is looking to employ aCustomer Experience Analytics Lead to join their team and be responsible for leading the technical implementation of analytics onweb and mobile applications.
DescriptionDocumenting requirements, implementing development through to delivering reports ready for analysis.Maintain the existing digital analytics measurement framework on digital properties (primarily mobile apps and some web components).Support development teams with implementation of analytics requirements.Support architecture and management teams regarding future analytics strategy.Provide reports and dashboards with insights into digital behaviour.Deployment of any third party tagging and integration data from DoubleClick, Facebook, Adwords or any custom data imports into Google Analytics and Firebase.Perform ad-hoc analysis if necessary and respond to business questions that drive decision-makingMatric / Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification - Bachelors' Degree in Marketing/ Statistics coupled with Google, Facebook, Hubspot Certification. Min 3 Years' experience in data analysis and visualisation, mobile and website tagging and tracking and experience in using Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Tag Manager Implementation.Knowledge of Google Optimise, Big Query and Google Attribution.Knowledge of data visualisation techniques.Understanding of on-site survey methodologies and voice of the customer analysis tools.
