Maintaining company hierarchies and liaising with system teams for hierarchy maintenanceCollaborating with ESG Director for ESG reporting requirementsPreparing and populating Board papers with system dataMaintaining and improving Monthly/Quarterly Business Review packsAd-hoc analysis and requestsWorkflow documentation and roadmap for reporting process improvementRoll-out of profitability and utilization reporting for identified Netsuite entitiesStreamlining and documenting reporting processes (monthly management accounts, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-term plans)Consolidating information across the groupPreparing presentations for the BoardRevenue analysis by client/agency/specialismPartnering with Group Finance Systems team for reporting capability developmentSupporting Group Treasury in creating management information flows for cashflow reportingSkills & Experience:Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar roleAbility to work individually with senior Executive team members and handle sensitive and confidential informationExperience in the production of KPI reportingExperience using NetSuite an advantageQualification:CA(SA)ContactOLIVIA MELTZERon
