Pepkor Speciality has a NEW POSITION available within our Direct Marketing Team, for a Customer Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, compiling, and reporting customer research metrics derived from Salesforce to support marketing initiatives. They will compile data from Salesforce and organize it to develop comprehensive customer profiles and segmentations to create and deploy targeted campaigns.Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, positive, and passionate about performance; a resilient individual who can think laterally and has strong analytical abilities.
