Do you have the skills to mentor and manage a team, ensuring top-notch customer experience?Minimum Requirements: Post-secondary education required. Minimum of 3 years' experience managing teams of 8 or more. Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting capabilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in performance management, problem-solving, coaching, mentoring, and customer service orientation. Technical proficiency. Experience in a call centre/customer care environment advantageous. Valid driver's license and own vehicle advantageous.
