Durban North. Opportunity exists for Sales Manager with previous sales experience in the Automotive Parts industry. Must have a successful sales track record. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills are essential.Detail:Responsibilities:Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.Managing and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and tracking individual and team sales targets and quotas.Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and sales campaigns.Providing mentorship, training, motivation and feedback to sales personnel.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.Interact with the Marketing Department to promote daily advertising on all social media platforms.Requirements:Degree in Business Administration or related field.Previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Apply: ******
