About the RoleReporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls, directing customer service inquiries, and the handling of general queries.
ResponsibilitiesHandling all direct complaints and following up to ensure all complaints are resolvedMaking stock ordersPlacing orders and filling invoicesDirecting all warrantiesMonthly statement printing and distributionData Capturing on various systemsFluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.
RequirementsNational Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)2-5 Years experience in a customer-facing positionEffective planning and organisational skillsAble to multi-taskAt least two years experience in a similar positionGood command of EnglishIf a candidate can speak and understand Afrikaans it will be advantageousThe ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high-pressure environmentGood command of MS Word and MS ExcelExcellent communicator with a strong sense of urgencySo however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply online via this link if this role would make you eager to come to work each day.
