Employer DescriptionThis is a company that supplies Coatings and Construction ChemicalsJob DescriptionYour responsibilities will be the following:Manage and develop all sales activities of sales team across the Consumer DivisionSupport and manage relationships with key customers and principalsManage sales pricing and margins effectivelyWork with Technical team to assist in product development initiatives and customer product support.Prepare sales budget annually as required.Drive Working platformEnsure Budget is met monthly and forecasting is accurate for 3 year viewManage 1-2 key AccountsManage relationships between finance, warehouse, customer care and sales teamMarket information on pricing trends, availability and opportunities to be communicated weeklyMentor and coach sales team with respect to core values as well as Safety culture.Support Business Unit ManagerQualificationsMatricMarketing and/or Life Sciences/Chemical Engineering degreeSkillsMinimum 5 years management role leading a teamMinimum of 5 years in a management role leading a team.Good understanding of pricing structures and managing net working capital would be advantageous.Required to travel when required.BenefitsCar AllowanceMedical AidProvident Fund
