Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will be the following: Oversee regional and local sales staff.Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.Assist with resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.Management of product introduction, new product development, customer satisfaction and centricity, negotiation of supply agreementsManagement of existing contracts and supply agreementsPrepare annual sales budget, monthly forecasts and monthly sales reports.Manage and grow export opportunities with the sales teamManage sales targets and impact of rates of Exchange on profitabilityManage development of new products and supply chain into new marketsDetermine price schedules and discount rates.Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.Effectively set targets and manages/trains staff.QualificationsMatric / Grade 12.BCom in Sales and Marketing (preferable)N Dip in Food Sciences would be an advantageSkillsMinimum 6 years technical and commercial experience within the Coatings and Construction industries.Must have sound understanding of pricing structures.Minimum 5 years management role leading a teamBenefitsCar AllowanceTravel AllowanceMedical AidProvident Fund
