We are looking for an expert and hard-working CRM Senior Executive to join our ever-growing central CRM team. A key function within Le Boat, you'll drive some of our digital customer marketing communications and campaigns, primarily end-to-end email to grow customer value, retention, and engagement and meet sales targets for Le Boat. This is a role where you can make a difference!
You'll be working within the CRM team and report to the Head of CRM, and will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams, to build and deliver targeted tactical campaigns, data-driven customer lifecycle programs, and automated customer journeys to retain customers and drive repeat bookings.

Currently operating 37 bases in 9 countries, with a fleet of 950 charter boats, we attract more than 120,000 customers from all over the world each season. What you will be doing:

Campaign Management and developing customer journeys
Create and deploy high-quality tactical marketing email campaigns to drive bookings from repeat customers and convert prospects, using inquisitive rules or workflows.
Implement a rapid-pace test-and-learn plan to continually improve email performance, including A/B testing strategies for subject lines, calls-to-action, design.
Work closely with the regional teams and handle and deliver major campaigns on their behalf to meet Le Boat trading needs, across different marketing channels.
Track and report on campaign performance, working with the analytics team, and share reporting across the business, making recommendations to continuously improve results.
Use customer insight and data to improve personalization and develop highly targeted customer lifecycle journeys, across email, DM, web, and social channels.
Work cross-functionally (with Sales and Ops) to identify in-year growth opportunities at a customer segment level and collaborate to plan, develop, and deliver initiatives.
Ensure that the customer receives a flawless journey from initial contact through to retention irrespective of channel.
Ensure emails follow the QA process / fully tested, legally compliant, and for standard process time.
Lead generation and customer database growth
Identify and implement cross-channel lead generation opportunities to grow our contactable customer base, working with sales, social, and other marketing teams.
Work with the Acquisition team to ensure alignment on lead generation across various digital channels.
Lead and deliver early customer lifecycle customer journeys, identifying gaps with commercial opportunity.
Handle and deliver retargeting campaigns to re-engage contacts with low recency of email engagement through targeted digital activities.

What we are looking for:

Good knowledge and experience in leading and handling tactical campaigns as well as automated customer journeys and programmatic campaigns.
Experience in E2E email marketing/ digital campaigns including building campaigns in CRM/digital platforms.
Experience in creating standard process creative campaigns and an eye for creative detail.
You work well in a team with the ability to establish links with multiple customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to challenge and positively influence others.
Strong analytical and reporting skills – the ability to understand and interpret data to optimize campaign targeting and personalization.
Self-starter, and innovative, with the ability to lead multiple projects.
Experience in HTML coding - an advantage.
