This role involves implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling of business appointments with client base/bookAchieve individual targetsIdentify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain productsEstablish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer baseUpdate call and Sales Force reportsPrepare and present proposals and presentations to clientsEffectively and efficiently deal with client queriesIdentify and escalate possible threats to existing businessExperience and EducationMinimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualificationBachelor's Degree or similar qualification and/or experience3 years corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clientsNeed to have worked for reputable corporatesProven track record of having made targetIndustry experience advantageous – Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management levelValid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable transportLeadership BehaviorsSetting a clear directionSimplificationExecution & AccountabilityGrowth mindsetInclusionExternal focusSkillsAbility to Drive ChangeProblem SolvingCritical ThinkingCustomer Centric MindsetCustomer FocusCustomer Relationship ManagementStrong Negotiation and Influencing SkillsInterpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills
