Job TitleCRM ExecutiveJob DescriptionWork closely on the development and execution of our CRM programmes, to create data-led communications across our clients' lifecycle that positively impact on conversion, retention, and client growth.Your role in the TeamThe CRM team's vision is to craft CRM programmes that deliver engaging, personalised client experiences across multichannel touchpoints during the client lifecycle.To support this, we are looking to appoint a CRM Executive to support the development and execution of our CRM programmes. Our aim is to create data-led communications across our clients' lifecycle that positively impact on conversion, retention, and client growth.The role will also work closely with the CRM Manager, Analytics and Technology to effectively utilise the variety of communication channels and technology available at IG, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Moveable Ink, to build and manage best in class CRM programmes.What you'll doPlan, build and deliver regular communication campaigns, new automated customer journeys and real-time sends.Report on CRM campaign performance, and make and apply recommendations for improvements to contribute to campaign optimisation through A/B testing.Help execute delivery of a pipeline of requests from stakeholders, ensuring all requests are well defined, prioritised, clearly understood, and delivered to the highest possible quality.Understand the regulatory landscape and work with compliance to ensure our communications meet all requirements.Be a brand guardian and ensure that all communications are delivered according to IG's brand guidelines and brand experience principles.Work with the CRM Manager and Analytics to take a data-driven approach to continuously maintain and improve customer journeys through regular performance review and AB testing.Support our sales and marketing colleagues in executing plans to achieve business and commercial targets.Who we're looking for?You're curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation. Here, you can try new ideas, and lead the way in creating inspiring experiences for our clients and everyone around you.What you'll need for this roleExperience in building emails, push notifications and customer journeys.An understanding of key CRM engagement metrics, and how to measure, test and optimise journeys and emails/SMS/push.A working understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation technology.Experience in HTML/AMPScript coding language for building emails a prerequisite. Knowledge of Java for building landing pages a bonus.An understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy regulation.A passion for learning, and a creative eye for detail.Experience of the retail financial environment would be an advantage.Strong stakeholder, project management and collaboration skills.How you'll growWhen you join IG Group, we want you to have more than a job – we want you to have a career.
