Job IntroCRM Technical Systems Administrator & Implementer - GautengWe are looking for a CRM and solutions administrator to interpret and implement solutions for clients on Bitrix24. Bitrix24 is an all-in-one platform that provides a suite of business tools and solutions.Job SpecificationYou will need to interpret a project scope and assist in the setup of a customer-required solution. Interpretation of customer requirements and requests will be key in this position.Technical skills are required and you will have to apply your mind when a solution is requested and not only execute a list of tasks.You will interact with customers to clarify their requirements and provide feedback on the progress of the setup.The position will require your attention for multiple implementations at the same time.The position is hybrid but you will be required to work at the office for the first month and the number of days thereafter will be agreed upon based on the 1st month's experience.The office is based in Linden, Randburg, Johannesburg.OfferResponsibilitiesImplementing and supporting custom solutions for clients on Bitrix24Consulting with customers regarding solutions required and Bitrix24 related queriesSupport general setup that has been done by FullView for multiple customersAssist the technical team in development of modulesBuild entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports on Bitrix24Develop user manuals according to implementation of processesRequired Qualifications, Skills and Experience2 years work experience with any CRM softwareMatricProficient in EnglishStrong technical abilities in computer software setupA passion for technologyKnowledge of business processesExcellent communication skillsWillingness and openness to learnAbility to perform under pressureProblem solving skillsAnalytical and critical thinkingBonus skillsKnowledge of Bitrix24A qualification in IT or Business related fieldsExperience using CRMExperience in customer engagement and query managementMonthly Salary: Market related
