A combination of strategic planning and increased levels of instructions means new openings have arisen.Whilst all applications from criminal law specialists will be considered, there is particular interest in speaking with experienced Magistrates Court Solicitors who have Duty Solicitor and/or Legal Aid Supervisor status.The focus of instructions is magistrate and police station representation. The person(s) appointed will be asked to take part in the firm's police station rota, but it is not an onerous commitment.This is a great opportunity with a highly-successful and profitable practice.
