Our client is looking for a Creditors Clerk to join their companyQualifications:Grade 12A Commerce or Business Management Diploma will be advantageousComputer LiteracyJob Requirements:2-3 Years Creditors' ExperienceGood communication skillsAttention to detailYour key responsibilities will be:Capturing and Processing of invoices into JDECapturing delivery confirmations on Abaca to enable Debtors Clerk to run invoicesLiaising with new suppliers regarding information requiredSubmission of information to Shared Services to have new suppliers loadedRaising of purchase requisitions on JDE for all suppliers excluding maintenance purchasesReceipting against purchase orders, including maintenance purchase orders raisedVerifying the correctness of invoicing (pricing and increases) before receipting as per aboveGetting management approval on whether the goods or services were supplied to their satisfactionGathering information to supply to some suppliers to have invoices raisedCompletion of Customs Clearing Instructions on IntranetLiaising with forwarding Agent with regards to completion of customs clearing documentsEnsuring that payments to foreign suppliers are accompanied by the correct documentationRunning and analyzing Abaca reports on all interdivisional purchases for the week, for the AccountantRunning credit note analysis reports for the previous week and month, for the Financial ManagerVerifying certain annual increases with the Financial ManagerShould you not receive correspondence from us within the closing date please consider your application as unsuccessful
