Key Responsibilities: Full creditors function Loading of payments on various banks(ABSA, STANDARD BANK) both local and foreign Capturing of bank statements daily with accurate postings to ledger and bank recon Creditors recons(local and foreign) Accounts payable journals Intercompany recons Processing of Purchase orders, checking validity of invoice, correct vat calculations etc Knowledge of VAT calculations Checking and authorizing pro forma invoices Assist with cashflow forecast Qualifications and Experience: Financial Diploma/similar Minimum 2 years experience
