Responsibilities:Reconciling invoices to purchase ordersCapturing supplier invoicesReconciling supplier accountsKeep track of unresolved queries and credit requests sent to suppliersFollow up on open ordersKeep supplier's details updated Resolve queries on discrepancies between orders and supplier invoices within 2 weeksAd hoc admin dutiesVerifying and processing details accuratelyPerforming day to day financial transactionsCore Competencies: Following instructions and proceduresWorking with peopleAttention to detailDisplay high level of efficiencyExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsReliable and hardworkingAbility to work unsupervisedExperience/knowledge & skills:5 + years working experience in a Creditors departmentExcellent reconciliation skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh computer literacySufficient Excel skills (intermediate level)Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment Knowledge of Quick Books is advantageous, but not compulsory as knowledge of any accounting package is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
