Job Description: Provide administrative and financial support to Credit Managers within the VKB Fuels department, ensuring efficient processing of credit applications, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with VKB's policies and industry regulations.
Requirements: Grade 12 or NQF4 Experience in the banking, financial, petroleum, or retail environment is advantageous Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, at an intermediate level Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies Coordinate with suppliers and branches on matters related to credit terms and account status Assist with scheduling and maintaining cash flow as needed within the fuels department Load payments and perform creditor reconciliations Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Skills: High level of accuracy and analytical thinking Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Conflict handling and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure with time constraints Team-oriented and adaptable Proactive problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills
