Qualifications and experience: - Matric or higher. - Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields preferred. - Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Strong grasp of customer relationship management and risk management, with the ability to classify dealers based on scale and risk.- Proficient in financial analysis, with a thorough understanding of key financial metrics such as repayment ability, profitability, and operational performance.- Familiar with regulations governing commercial vehicle retail and the macroeconomic environment related to automotive finance.- Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
