Credit Controller

Our respected clients are looking for motivated Credit Controllers to join their team and contribute to achieving their goals. Bring your enthusiasm and make an impact As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the below: Make at least 32 customer contacts daily through phone or electronic communication. Visit customers regularly to build relationships and prevent issues. Achieve 100% of the monthly collection targets. Investigate, log, and resolve queries on outstanding accounts, then provide customer feedback. Analyze overdue accounts to highlight areas for improvement. Report regularly on problem accounts and escalate issues to the Credit Manager as needed. Process and allocate all payments received based on bank statements and remittance advice. Prepare journals with supporting documentation. Maintain proper filing and handle other administrative tasks. Minimize bad debt and maximize collections. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field. 5 years experience in a similar role in finance.
