As our Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
You'll be part of a positive team culture where your contributions matter, and opportunities for growth are abundant!
Your Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end close activities.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting or finance is a plus.
Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
A willingness to learn and grow within the accounting field.
