EDI), follow-up of outstanding debts, management of overpaid accounts, and bad debt processesEnsure that funder requirements are metAdhere to Patient Administration policies and proceduresCorrect use of Patient Administration programs on the RIS (radiology information system) / practice management systemRules and regulations regarding radiology services and funder contractsSound financial knowledge (e.g.
reconciliations, debits and credits, adjustment journals, etc.
)Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)Relevant aspects of legislation w.r.t debt collection environment (e.g.
