Credit Controller

Requirements: - National Senior Certificate 4-Years experience Experience in working on accounting and credit control software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or specialized credit management tools) Key Areas of Responsibility: - Credit Management Debt collection Invoice management Customer account management Documentation, record keeping and reporting Account reconciliations Bad debt management Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with customers and resolve payment issues Analytical and numerical skills for assessing credit risk and managing financial data Attention to detail to manage account accuracy and invoicing Problem-solving abilities to handle disputes and collections efficiently
