The role's key focus areas: Drive collections to achieve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage credit risk through evaluations, creditworthiness checks, and insurance management. Oversee credit releases and reviews to align with prescribed group policies. Lead bad debt management, following SOPs and legal processes. Conduct customer evaluations and foster strong relationships to enhance collections efficiency.
Key skills, experience and qualifications:  Education: Relevant undergrad or postgraduate degree. Experience: 5-8 years in Credit Control Management and Collections. Working experience in the distribution industry will be advantageous. Working experience on SAP would be an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Customer focus and relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and across cultures.
