Job Specification Reporting to the Manager Financial Services Administrations, the incumbent will be responsible to perform the data capturing of all applications that have been assessed by the credit analysts. They would also maintain the application registry and ensure communication documents are published to clients or applicants. They would also perform office administration duties and query resolution. Minimum Requirements National Diploma and Membership of Institute for Credit Control 2 years related experience within a finance work environment Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of credit control systems Key performance indicators include: Creating debtor accounts Maintain application registry Credit application processing Credit reporting controls Enquiry and query resolution Credit guarantees online processing Ad-hoc tasks or projects Key leadership attributes The incumbent would need to have t he ability to progress and add continuous incremental value having impact.
