Role Overview: The Creative Director (CD) will be pivotal in leading Capitec's Creative and Design strategy and its implementation across the company. This includes overseeing the creative direction of the Brand CI, marketing campaigns, digital and direct client engagement, and key initiatives such as bank card design, uniform design, office design, and digital platform design. The CD will work closely with the Head of Brand and Communications and partner with the management team, including the Manager Advertising Media, Manager Employer Brand, Manager PR and Events, Manager Marketing Operations, and Digital Communications Manager.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.10-15 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the retail or financial services industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies.Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.A visionary mindset with the ability to inspire and drive innovation.Experience working in financial services, eCommerce, telco industries is advantageous.KnowledgeKnowledge of:
