URGENT VACANCY – MPUMALANGACRANE MILLWRIGHT – Heavy IndustryYour responsibilities will include First line maintenance, Inspections, and repairs, first line of defense when a breakdown occurs to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLETrade tested Millwright essentialN3 and 3 plus Years' proven CRANE ExperienceAttending to Crane related breakdowns including the repair of crane gearboxesCan identify wear tolerances of the overhead crane wheelsProven practical experience of changing overhead crane wheelsResponsible for maintenance and refurbishment of spares to repair breakdownsFully understand & know the fundamental components of an overhead craneCompetent on Frequency Drives, Voltage Drives, PLCs, different types of crane brakes and Crane Radio Remote Control SystemsFault finding on all aspects of crane related equipment is crucialExtensive knowledge of electrical circuitsLMI certification or studying towards its completion an advantage
