Country Manager Namibia

Branch/Country Manager (SMPP Construction Company) Location: NamibiaType: Permanent, Full TimePublished: 18 hours agoReference: JHB011700-LJ-1 Set Up/Manage including BD for a large EPC/SMPP company from South Africa moving into Namibia – Namibian Nationals only.
Duties & Responsibilities Requirements: - Must be Namibian Citizen.- Graduate in Business Management, Engineering or Construction (EPC/SMPP).- Experience with a multi-national in a management role.- Preferably have experience in the Petro-Chemical area preferably in a management role.- Understand the EPC/SMPP industry and requirements.- Experience in client relationship management.
Responsibilities: - Set up and manage the office in Walvis Bay, Namibia.- Build a sustainable revenue stream for the Namibia Operations.- Ensure effective cost management.- Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Namibia Operations.- Identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, Mining, Marine and Photovoltaic Renewables Sectors.- Ensure systems and processes are implemented and complied with.- Manage Assets and Infrastructure.- Ensure the Integrity Program is implemented across all operations in Namibia.- Liaise with all support functions at Head Office to ensure consistency of operations.- Ensure implementation of financial systems and protocols.- Ensure compliance with relevant in-country legislative requirements.
