Requirements:Experience with electronic cards and channels is a plus.At least 7 years' experience in the banking industry.Strong skills in alliance management.Must be a Namibian national.Excellent ability to develop and manage customer relationships.Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.Creative thinker with innovative ideas.Knowledge of alternative payment products.Strong product development and management capabilities.Ability to develop, defend, and execute a business case effectively.
