You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our business. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and implementing effective marketing initiatives and tactics.RequirementsYour primary responsibilities are but not limited to:Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and target marketIdentify new client segments, define target audience profiles, and create tailored campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new clientsImplement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture prospects through online and offline activities including Event, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, IB partnershipIdentify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and acquire new clientsStay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate market positioning, and refine acquisition strategies accordinglyIncorporating creativity into acquisition strategies to capture attention, differentiate the brandRequirementsProven experience as a Business Developer, Growth Marketer, Acquisition Marketer, or similar role, with a focus on client acquisition in South African regionExcellent problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsUp-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth and client acquisitionUp-to-date knowledge of Forex Market and CFD marketWell organized with great time management skillsOutstanding project management skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
