Our client, a well-established and progressive equipment and machinery manufacturing company, seeks to employ a Costing Coordinator to join their progressive and expanding professional team.Please Note: Due to the urgency to fill the role, preference will be given to candidates from the Winelands and surrounding areas.Key Requirements For ConsiderationYou must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.You will have completed Matric, coupled with 5+ years experience in a similar role within the engineering and/or the manufacturing sector.You will have experience costing manufactured parts, reviewing the BOM on cost reports and analysing the variances, with recommendations for resolution.You will have experience in managing project files, stock and component levels as well as being an effective communicator to coordinate with cross-functional divisions to provide management reports and recommendations.You will have solid expertise in ERP (SAP, Syspro, etc.) and Advanced Excel, as well as being an excellent organiser, with attention to detail and the ability to cope under pressure.You must have a valid driver's licence, own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally; therefore, only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
