Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Cost & Management Accountant to be based in Coega IDZ• Prepare and analyze cost reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Monitor and control costs across various departments, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.• Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies and pricing models• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets.• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual results• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Prepare detailed reports on cost structures, profit margins, and financial performance• Manage and oversee inventory costing, including stock valuation and stock movement analysis.• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.• Provide recommendations for inventory management improvements, with an emphasis on cost control and optimization.Requirements• Grade 12• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• At least 3-5 years of experience in cost and management accounting,• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
