Join our dynamic Hospitality Management Consultancy firm in a pivotal role focused on optimizing food standard costing and sales analysis. As a valued team member, you'll play a vital part in project implementations while ensuring accurate monthly reporting on food costs and revenue streams.
Duties;
- Audit recipe costings and ensure accuracy across units
- Provide daily reports on actual versus theoretical food costs
- Allocate costs to appropriate cost centers monthly
- Report on food input cost basket per revenue stream and unit
- Generate detailed revenue stream reports per unit
- Collaborate on implementing reporting systems/tools for enhanced efficiency
- Deliver monthly food cost reports with insightful commentary
- Provide monthly sales mix reports per unit with detailed analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- CIMA or BComm in Cost Accounting preferred
- Previous hospitality or catering experience advantageous

- Exceptional planning and administrative skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
