In this role, you will have the opportunity to act for a diverse client base including some PLCs, UK subsidiaries, large private limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs, and partnerships. Recognised for its technical expertise and with an impressive portfolio of clients, the department attracts significant instructions in terms of value and complexity. The quality of work is second to none!
This immediate requirement is for someone who has sufficient experience to manage corporate transactions and supervise, but also equally happy to work as part of a team on larger deals. Whilst the nature of the role requires not less than 5 yrs' specialist PQE, we would also be delighted to hear from more senior lawyers.

Mergers, acquisitions and disposalsMBOs and MBIsGroup, Company and Share re-structuringAIM listingsPartnership and shareholder agreements including bespoke requirementsCompany formationCompany Secretarial/Companies House complianceBanking and Finance adviceWhilst the emphasis of this role is corporate transactional, the team is an integrated company and commercial team so previous experience and a willing mindset to cover a range of associated non-contentious commercial instructions is important. Niche and specialist work types such as IP and IT will be absorbed by other specialists within the department.
