As Coordinator, TTC, Leader and Collaborator you will provide key administrative support in the development and evaluation of curriculum aimed at the leader and collaborator competencies, as well as other MD Program themes and priorities. Drawing upon your excellent relationship building skills and your superb time management skills, you will achieve both individual and team success by working with and supporting a wide range of stakeholders with unique needs.

Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for program related inquiries and Providing detailed information to students on program and course requirementsCoordinating the generation of content for syllabus and coordinating course evaluationsScheduling of experts and teachers to deliver content and education sessions for medical studentsSupporting committees and coordinating seminars and workshopsCollecting, analyzing and synthesizing data and writing program reportsAnalyzing processes and procedures and recommending changes for improvementBuilding and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importanceEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experienceMinimum five years progressively responsible administrative experience in a university, teaching hospital or comparable environmentExperience coordinating academic programs, including complex scheduling for program deliveryExperience coordinating projects and eventsExperience working with and supporting committeesAn understanding of evaluation methodologies and experience preparing surveys for evaluationExperience collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data and writing reportsExperience recommending and implementing changes for process improvementExperience cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersAdvanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, student information systems (MedSIS) and learning management systems (Elentra)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in writing documents and reports that are accurate, balanced, and reflect the assigned taskSuperb time management skills and the ability to keep others on track in a collaborative mannerAbility to function independently with strong organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlinesand manage competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior university and hospital administrators comfortably and professionally with a customer-service orientation and maintaining confidentialityDemonstrated ability to manage conflictAbility to work effectively in a team based environment To be successful in this role you will be: InsightfulMulti-taskerSelf-directedTeam player Closing Date: 07/09/2024, 11:59PM ET

USW Pay Band 12 -- $78,308 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $100,144. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
