Purpose Statement To effectively and efficiently bring together multiple functional, departmental, or project elements for the effective running of routines and delivery of initiatives, projects, and activities. Experience Minimum/ideal: 2-3 years of experience providing efficient and effective support, coordination, and administration in a fast-moving environment. Planning, organizing, and multi-tasking to deliver and achieve results. Stakeholder liaison and management. Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) A relevant tertiary qualification Knowledge Minimum/ideal: Coordination and administration practices and tools such as systems, planning, organizing, scheduling, and stakeholder management in a business, financial environment. Compiling and generating reports and metrics. General principles of marketing. Internal and external communication methods and practices. Stakeholder and relationship building and management.
