Role Overview As a Coordinator Payroll Processing , you will manage, coordinate, and administer payroll-related tasks within the Global Business Services (GBS) function.
The role ensures timely and accurate processing of global payrolls, statutory vendor reconciliations, and payments.
This is a permanent, full-time position .
Key Responsibilities Apply country-specific legislative requirements to payroll processes for scheduled and unscheduled payroll runs, vendor reporting, and payments.
Manage cases within required service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure the integrity of the positive assurance program for payroll processing.
Timely close-out of all assigned G360 actions.
Requirements About You Experience and Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Payroll processing or a Shared Services Environment.
Proficiency in SAP systems.
Experience with outsourced payroll data management and compliance reviews.
Qualifications National Advanced Certificate (2 years) in Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
