Coordinator: Group Contracts & ReportingGroup ProcurementReview tender enquiry documents and ensure that they clearly articulate contracting requirements and performance management.
Review tender qualification submissions and advise on areas of concern for consideration for contracting.
Prepare and draft final contract documentation that reflects the commercial, legal and performance agreement.
Analyse potential risk involved in specific contract terms and anticipate legal concerns to be raised with legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
Lead contract negotiations with external legal counsels of suppliers.
Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department.
Interpret formal feedback from Group Legal Counsel and/or External Legal Counsel.
Review all group contract addendums.
Investigate and report on non-compliance or breach to contract and regulatory conditions.
Maintain an organised system of physical and digital records of contracts.
