Vacancy: Control Room Manager (Night-Shift Only) - National Command Centre Location: Heldekruin Roodepoort Reporting: Branch Manager The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client's needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
Minimum Requirements: Grade AGrade 12 / MatricDriver's License and own reliable transportMust Reside in Westrand AreaComputer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc.Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when requiredStrong ability to work shiftsWork independently and within a teamA minimum of 5 years' experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call CentreNo criminal record or any Pending CasesMust be reliable and trustworthyCall Centre or Control Room ExperienceReceiving complaints and informing management accordinglyAble to exercise and maintain disciplineJob Specification: Fluent in EnglishTelephone Ethics and CommunicationExperience in Excuquard, Listener, Milestone, Challager, Auto CamCompiling Reports / InvestigationsCCTV ExperienceVUMACAM ExperienceCore Competencies: Administration skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsHonestyReliabilityProblem solving skillsManaging of the control room personnel in all aspects of the control roomAbility to meet strict deadlinesNumerical accuracyHigh methodical working methods are requiredAttention to detailsAbility to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
