Contracts Manager

Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimarily manage sites and site staff including forward planning of installation schedules.Be friendly and personable while dealing with clients on site and over the phone. Must be able to handle conflict resolution.Ensure high levels of quality and efficiency with regards to installations on site.Manage vehicles and tools used on site.Sound operational skills to create and implement processes across all departments of the business.Communicate to management teams in a confident and professional manner.Comprehensive diary management.Compile reports and meeting packs.Enable cost reduction by means of efficiency.Respect the need for the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity of information.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.Lead short-term projects and initiatives to help streamline business as requested by the MD.Assist with analyzing to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority.Organize and plan meetings.Manage and ensure the entire team meets deadlines and coordinate calendars.Be flexible and able to work long hours as required by the business.Desired Experience & QualificationCode 8 Drivers Licence.Minimum 10 years' experience in Contract Management or Operations Management.Ability to be flexible and exercise sound judgment.Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work under pressure and long hours as required by the business.Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
