Contracts Administrator

Location:
King George, VA
Responsibilities:

Reviews/administers contract documentation (teaming/subcontract agreements)
Process invoices for corporate contracts
Creates pricing/hours projections for customers
Manages contract modifications
Monitors funding/hours and requests funding for contracts
Manages Certifications/Representations for contracts
Ensures contract compliance with FAR/DFARS
Maintains accounts in customers online portals for invoicing
Manages monthly reporting

Skills/Competencies:

Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
Exhibits sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers
Utilizes computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents in Microsoft Office
Makes decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
Develops/demonstrates research and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Detail oriented

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial field
Minimum of 2 years' experience

Desired Experience:

Knowledge of DoD contracting
Experience with FAR/DFARS
