ASIC JOB DESCRIPTION??Contract Management:?Interpret contract provisions to help resolve claims and questions from contractors.?Establish and maintain contract records, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.?Process and obtain approval for contract changes, and monitor contract requirements to ensure all conditions are met before final invoice approval.?Initiate and conduct meetings with contractors to discuss contractual problems.?Record Keeping:?Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activity.?Organize and maintain all contract files and related documents.?Performance Monitoring:?Review modifications, extensions, and contract closeout documents.?Monitor vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement when appropriate.?General Administrative Tasks:?Input man hours into the costing system.?Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data.?Controlling bookings in and out of site accommodation and managing related payments.?Ensure gear reports are correct and that unnecessary gear is returned.?Control site petty cash and manage site purchase orders.?Policies, Procedures & Project Controls:?Compliance with all company policies and procedures is mandatory.?The ability to work under pressure is required.?Flexibility to work outside the usual job description when needed.?REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS ?A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.?Knowledge of NEC (New Engineering Contract) or FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts is essential.?Muperforming measures and re-measures on Piping & Structural Steelwork fabrication and erection.?Ability to conduct MTOs (Material Take-Offs) by the BOQ (Bill of Quantities).??
