MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Degree in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing/Procurement/Logistics (NQF 7) Valid Driver's License
EXPERIENCE 3 Years of Supervisory experience in SCM (which includes contract management)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)  Facilitate contracting between the organisation and service providers. Engage Group Legal Department on standardisation of contracts, contract templates etc. completion of the works/defects period. Monitor the Business Unit's contract register to ensure that all contracts are valid and up to date. Monitor contracts with respect to spent, duration, breaches, terminations etc. Coordinate "lesson learnt" exercises with all the relevant stakeholders for all strategic contracts before contract expiry /completion of the works / defects period. Liaise with project managers and contractors on contract progress and performance. Ensure safekeeping of sourcing documents.
